    I’m using the Pixel theme and every time I do a new post all the fonts change to italics. Any input on how I can fix this appreciated

  • is that in the editor?
    or when you view the post on the front page?
    does that also happen when you view the post in single post view?

    you probably have an unclosed <em> tag in one of your older posts.

    when you post a link to your site here, someone might have a look at it and might come up with a suggestion.

    It’s in the front page. I went through assuming that to close that tag you would use /em . If that’s it I didn’t see any unclosed em tags. In any case the site is andysramblings.com. Thanks

    seems that this article ‘FOX News O’Reilly Does it Again.’ is triggering it. (btw: on my end, it only shows in IE7, not in firefox)

    there is an unclosed <code> tag in the article;
    and quite a few validation errors https://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.andysramblings.com%2F%3Fp%3D545&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline&group=0 when viewing this article in single post view.
    most errors to do with attribute can be ignored.

    try to identify this <code> tag and either delete it or add the corresponding closing tag.

    hope this solves the problem.

    Looks like that did it. Thanks

    I just noticed that there’s a “close tags” button in the html screen for posting and editing. Learn something new every day.
