• Hello,

    I’ve got a problem with fonts in Olive WP. I would like to host the fonts locally but it’s not possible. The button “Load Google fonts locally” doesn’t work. When I use a plugin like Local Google Fonts it loads all Google Fonts and crashes the site. How can I host the fonts locally without loading all Google Fonts? Thanks for your help.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi

    Thanks for contacting to us. Theme loading google font locally. We gives settings in the theme Load google font locally this option allowed to load google font locally. But its not responsible if you are using any third party plugin and it is using google font , The settings we have given in the theme doesn’t restrict loading of third party plugin google font. If you want to remove google font from the third party plugin you can use load google font locally plugin.

    Hi

    To fix the issue find the font.php file located inside the olivewp-companion plugin folder >>\inc folder >>control folder , Open the file and find the below line of code on line no 23 .

    add_action( ‘wp_enqueue_scripts’, ‘olivewp_companion_google_font’);

    And remove this line of code.

    Let me know for further assistance.

    Thanks
