In safari, firefox and edge, everything is great. The correct font is displayed (no serifs). but in Chrome, the font that displays is Times New Roman. Even after clearing cache, cookies and history, it’s Times New Roman. I want to upgrade to Flash Pro for the membership pricing table, and if the font issue fixes itself that’s great. However, if the new site overrides the changes in the home page I’ve done on Site Origin, that’ll create a whole lot of work.

Can you please attach the screenshot of the issue? Because we don’t find any Times New Roman Font while checking your URL, it seems all fine in the Chrome browser. We can’t share your screenshot here. You can contact us via chat support. We can provide you the feature of Flash Free vs Pro as well. And Regarding your Site Override query, it will not affect your site.

Hi there,
I’m finding similar discrepancies in the font displayed in different browsers.
My site is https://elam.org.uk/

I’m seeing a serif font in Firefox and Chrome. Safari is fine however.
In the console I’m seeing a 404 error on loading the font:

downloadable font: download failed (font-family: “Montserrat” style:normal weight:400 stretch:100 src index:0): status=2147746065 source: https://elam.org.uk/home/elam1951/public_html/wp-content/fonts/montserrat/JTUSjIg1_i6t8kCHKm459WlhzSTh89Y.woff

?My host recently changed from CPanel to another SiteTools software and the user home directory structure changed. Either way the path is wrong, it’s incorporating elements of the old home folder and the site URL. Any ideas how to correct this?
