Font Sizeq

I’m looking to change the universal ‘paragraph’ font size and potentially the font itself. If it’s not easy, I assume I could create a new class of font and make it the default for writing posts. It’s just that the body of my posts seem difficult to read at their current size. Thanks in advance for your help!
