Maybe try unticking the “also aggregate inline CSS”-option?

Will it affect the css minification? Actually I activated this plugin to enhance the mobile usability, recommended by google. Will it decrease the mobile usability?

inline CSS is minified already (exceptions notwithstanding) and it will not decrease mobile usability no.

Sorry but I just saw that if I uncheck that option, font size gets normal but my social sharing icons are minified and google also shows usability issues. stylesheets css errors.

for social sharing; try adding wp-content/plugins/meks-smart-social-widget/css/style.css to the comma-separated CSS optimizatoin exclusion list maybe?

regarding usability / stylesheet errors; can you share details of those (screenshots) so I can review/ advice?
