Font size increased after update?

Hi!

This is indeed a strange issue, and no, it isn’t related to a feature moving to OMGF Pro.

I’m pretty sure this is a glitch on Google’s side. You can find the original stylesheet here: https://fonts.googleapis.com/css2?family=Open+Sans&display=swap

When I compare the size of the file containing the Latin subset with the file containing the Latin Extended subset, you’ll notice that the Latin Ext file is only 11kb, while the Latin file is 77kb.

FYI: the Latin Ext file is supposed to be bigger than the Latin file, because it contains more characters. Not the other way around.

allow me one more question.. If I would replace the huge font in the cache folder from OMGF by the smaller one from the url you posted above, would that help? Or would OMGF overwrite this again e.g. overnight?

No, OMGF doesn’t automatically refresh files. So that should work just fine!

Great thanks… But somehow I am getting 72.5KB for the extended subset, not 11KB, or was that 77kb for ext and 11kb for normal?
