  • Hi Joseph,

This shouldn’t have anything to do with a setting in our plugin. Is there some kind of page builder or visual composer in your theme that is replacing the default editor when creating an FAQ post? If so, that might be applying some unintended styling. Could you try disabling this for a post, to see if it makes a difference?

    Hi,

I am using the SitrOrigin plugin. When i add a new FAQ, it opens an editor which has a Visual tab, but i never clicked into it when i created these FAQs. I typed (actually pasted) using the Txt tab. See screenshot. I can try to recreate the FAQs from scratch. Removing the txt, saving, and then reentering didn’t help. Does Ultimate FAQ allow to rearrange the order of the FAQs without manually specifying each FAQ in the code? Im just using a single “[ultimate-faqs ]” line.

    Only using the txt tab

    Hi Joseph,

I clicked through your FAQ list on https://compusolutions.us/o365/ and noticed that the smaller font questions seem to have some inline styling that may have been brought from your original word doc.

If you edit the question “Does O365 offer a free Spam solution?”, then click the “Text” tab (i.e. the one next to Visual) do you see this:

Yes. O365 out-of-box offers a free spam solution which you can configure according to your needs. You can also use other third party SaaS Anti-Spam solutions.

    Or this:

<span style="color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;">Yes. O365 out-of-box offers a free spam solution which you can configure according to your needs. You can also use other third party SaaS Anti-Spam solutions.</span>

If you see the second one, remove the <span> code, click Save. If this fixes the size issue for “Does O365 offer a free Spam solution?”, repeat the process for other questions with small text.

In regards to your second question:

There’s no direct option to reorder FAQs, however if you’re using the Premium version, you can click and drag the order within Settings-> Ordering-> Order Table.

You are absolutely right sir! Not sure i missed this before. As you mentioned, it must have been brought over from word (though i always use notepad as the go-between precisely for this reason, to strip formatting, i must have forgotten)

    Thanks!!
