Font size dropdown position

When editing a page, the font-size dropdown scrolls with the page instead of staying fixed under the dropdown. Once you scroll down a bit and click the dropdown, the font-size options are not visible.
To replicate, edit a page, click in the content area and scroll down a bit. Click the font-size
