    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    Yes, this is possible with some CSS code. Usually, something like

    .tablepress th,
.tablepress td {
  font-size: 12px;
}

    in the “Custom CSS” text field on the “Plugin Options” screen of TablePress is sufficient.
