please help anyone as i am about to launch my website but i am stick with this issue

You had changed the global settings to Open Sans. So now you need to target the title & tagline with:

.navbar-wrapper .navbar h2, h2.site-description,
.tc-header .brand .site-title {
font-family:    "squada one";
}

WHR SHOULD I PUT THIS CODE???

if i use this in css then it wont accept it due to double quotes problem

You can add this code via appearance > customize > advanced options > Custom CSS

yes sher21, you cannot use anymore quotes or double quotes in your custom css box.
You might want to build-up a child-theme and put that code in your child-theme style.css or looking for a custom css plugin.

I tried adding the code in child css but title font doesnot change
