Font Not Rendering in Some Browsers

    Hi Tobias.

    Your plugin looks great and is easy to set up… thank you. I’m writing because I’m seeing a font rendering (default font displaying in place of requested font) issue on some browsers and/or devices. I’ve change the font within the theme, (DIVI), but that doesn’t seem to fix the issue either.

    btw – the tables are working fine… I have them within a builder and also within a Tab feature.

    I also performed DEBUG and didn’t see anything. I’m guessing I have a theme/plugin conflict but I don’t know how to diagnose or resolve.

    Would you be able to point me in the right direction to cure the problem?

    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    I assume that this is because you are not specifically loading the font or not providing a fall back font.
    In the “Custom CSS”, you seem to be setting open sans as the font. However, if this font does on exist on the computer, a default font will be used. You will need to either load the font as a web font (e.g. from Google) or specify desired fall backs.

    Unfortunately, as this is not directly related to TablePress and out of my area of expertise, I’m not sure how I can help with that :-/
