Font Not Registering on Mobile

    Hi,

    I am having issues with the uploaded font not registering on a mobile device. However, it looks great on the desktop. I have used this plugin many times and have not had this issue until now. Let me know if you have any suggestions.

    I?am still having?issues with the serif font not registering on my phone.?If?you look at it on a desktop, even from a mobile viewpoint, it looks fine.?On a smaller device, the font reverts to the standard WordPress font (see screenshot). Thanks!

    Seems like you are talking about p22allysonpro font. It is not uploaded via our plugin. The font you have uploaded via our plugin is romantic.

    So, i suggest you to upload via our plugin and assign the font.

    Yes, I have uploaded the “romantic” font via this plugin for my headers. The “p22allysonpro” font is working just fine, but as you can see in the attachment below, the romantic font is not uploading as it should be (see first screenshot) on my mobile device. The second screenshot shows the romantic font properly loading, which is how it should look across all mobile devices. This is not only happening on my phone but others as well.

    Thank you so much for the explanation. I got it now. I can replicate the issue here in Iphone 13.

    For test, can you try with others fonts and see if still it occurs ?

    i just solve my problem, in my case the problem was that i’m working in a staged site, so in the i deleted the old key and created a new key. Maybe the key needs the right domain…

    I tested it out with a different font, and I am still running into the same issue. I also created a new key and that doesn’t seem to work either, but thank you for the suggestion!

    Disregard, it is working now! I believe it had something to do with the font I was using, but I found one that matches well. Thanks for the assistance!
