    Hi Frank,

Your section regarding Google Fonts – I’m sure you’ve got a misprint.

Option 3 fonts load fast, but are render blocking.
Option 4 preload fonts in head – fonts load late, but aren’t render blocking.

Surely this is the wrong way round? All preloaded fonts load quickly!

Just wanted to check in case I’m missing something. ??

hmm, main difference is the fact that when preloading the browser can load the CSS-file with font-face without blocking rendering of the page. given display:swap this will generally result in faster page rendering for those browsers that have rel=preload support yes ??
