Font issue

I found that when activating LDD that some of the fonts disappear on my site. Once deactivated the fonts return. Specifically, My theme allows for font based icons to be placed in the menus. Not all but some of them disappear as soon at LDD is set to active.

Im using the Vantage theme which is not bootstrap based. Even turning off bootstrap in the plugin just turns LDD into a visual mess and i still have missing fonts.
