    You can use the following CSS code:

    .main-navigation ul, .main-navigation.toggled-on ul {
    font-size: 1.5rem;
}

    The current size is 1.0rem, so you can adjust that to your liking.

    You can paste that code snippet in the CSS box found in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS
