I am using the twitter feed on my home page and the social icons are not displaying at all. I thought it was a theme issue but it is not. It is calling fonts in a location that does not exist.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @jblacksten @dgallek,

You may need to reacquire a new access token and generate a new shortcode.

Be sure you are running the latest version of Feed Them Social (currently 2.8.3.3), then, from your WordPress dashboard, go to Feed Them > Twitter Options, clear the fields, scroll down and click the green ‘Save All Changes’ button. Then try to reacquire a new access token, make sure the rest of the parameters are set how you want, then click the green ‘Save All Changes’ button. From there, go to the Feed Them > Settings > Twitter Feed dropdown and again, be sure your parameters here are set how you want, then generate a new shortcode & apply to you page. You may also want to clear the FTS cache & perhaps even refresh you browser page.

If after these steps the problem still exists, it’s possible that another plugin or theme is interfering. Try deactivating all other plugins besides the Feed Them Social plugins temporarily. Then test to see if it works. If this works, try reactivating them, one by one, to see which one is causing the issue.

If deactivating all plugins doesn’t help the issue try switching themes to one of the default WordPress themes then look at the page (this can be done under the Appearance tab of your install). It’s possible the theme is causing errors.

Let me know how it goes.
