Font from shortcode is different

We wanted a form with only “Other amount” and a Reference.
Tried using the general shortcode but it showed the Standard payments label and an empty dropdown.
So switched to custom shortcode:
[wp_paypal_payment_box_for_any_amount email=”[email protected]” description=”Karen Horney Clinic” other_amount=true reference=”Enter Patient’s first and last name”]
But the font used in this form is different than the rest of the page.
1. is there a way to use the General shortcode ([wp_paypal_payment]) but suppress the standard payments label and dropdown
or
2. Set the font in the custom shortcode to match the rest of the page/site.

Hello,
The form on the top is Email Subscribers’. The one on the bottom is WP Easy Paypal Payment Accept‘s form which is not ours. You may want to contact them on their forums.
