I checked this issue on my local website and can’t replicate it.

Make sure to check the following:

1. WordPress and your theme are updated to the latest versions.
2. Check plugin conflicts by deactivating your plugins one by one and checking each time if the issue has diappeared.
3. Check the caching of your website/browser and try clearing it.
4. Check your optimization or caching plugins that could minify your files and cause this issue.
5. Check your PHP version and upgrade it if necessary. We recommend version 7.4 or greater.

You can able to solve this issue by the giving the element custom class and for that in right side of menu you have screen option tab at the top open it.
–> select css classes in that.
–> when you select that css classes you can able to see in your menu you have new option for the each menu item.

Now by using that custom class just add css as per your requirement and your issue is resolved.

I checked and tried everything you taught me but it’s still same.

I want to use font “Jost”.
I checked some other, too. Some other fonts show same problems, too.

I have been considering to make and upload PNG/JPEG of LOGO text insted of typing.
But I want black color font and background white after scroll.
I don’t know how to set different PNG/JPEG for after scrool.
So I’d like to set by typing.

Would you let me know some other things to solve this problem?

You should check the server environment of your website and see what settings or plugins are causing this issue.

I can change font in the customize screen.
I can click “Published”,too.
On this timing it’s reflected on this customize screen as you showed in your video.
But it’s not reflected on other computer/tablets/phone, safari/chrome.

And after once I leave this customize screen and come back,
“Jost” is still set in the settings box, but preview is showing different font.

Do you still see “Jost” font in the preview when you come back after you leave customize screen once?

@oszsan yes, the changes apply and are displayed on my local installation after I publish them. You should check for plugin conflicts, hosting & server configuration, or caching, just as I suggested in my first reply.

@inamoro I checked in the beginning for things you suggested and I have been checking those again but the problem has not been resolved yet. Unfortunately I will give up.

@oszsan does the issue happen if you activate another theme? Try a default WordPress one.
