font family issue

    Hi there

    Your font displays just fine for me:

    Does it still happen for you if you open the story in an incognito window or in another browser?

    I have checked in all browsers and many mobile devices but the font does not looking the same.

    OK, that is a different page.

    Can you confirm that the first page (“You don’t get to…”) looks correct in all browsers, but the issue remains with the above page (“IRS investigators..”)?

    Also, does this still happen after updating to the latest version of the plugin (1.17.0 as of today)? You are still on 1.15.1.

    After updating, open the story in the editor and save it without making any changes. Then view it again on the frontend.

    We’ll mark this topic as resolved since we haven’t received a further response. Feel free to open a new support topic if you encounter any other issues.
