    Hi,

    Thanks for making Easy TOC.

Can you please make this quick change? Change font-display: block; to font-display: swap; ? The first one is the default behavior and not recommended by Google . Here is the screenshot https://i.imgur.com/C1RYr6r.png

This improves FCP, First Content Paint and is great for users who load websites on mobile devices. Thank you.

I added font-display: swap; but I saw no improvement. Likely since the font is a single icon with a very small file size and not a large font family where the file size can be large and take time to download.

Since there is no harm in adding it, I did. This change will be in the next update.

    Many thanks.

It will improve Google Page Speed Score. (Google thinks it’s important ?? )

What’s the ETA for the next version with this change? Thanks.

Since this is nearly a complete rewrite, the eta is, well, when its done. Its mostly there. I’ve noticed two regressions that still need worked out. After I can run it on my primary site without issue, it should be fine for others at large to run it too.

If you are familiar with Github, you can pull down the mater branch and use it as other have.
