Font color and archive page display

I just upgraded to 2.7 (but still had the problem before). Can’t figure out how to change the main font color (it changed somehow way back and not sure if I did something or not). It’s gray and unreadable.
Also when clicking on a category to read posts (archive) no images that are in the posts show up.
