font choices vanish from visual editor

Hi, I love page builder & have used it on many sites before. However, I’ve encountered the most frustrating thing no matter which site, or configuration I’m using: the font choices from the visual editor vanish. My first instinct, sadly, is to doubt myself, and think I imagined it, but it’s happened enough times now that I KNOW that’s not the case.
I’ve got a page where I selected Open Sans for some fonts in one of the page builder blocks. I went in today to edit a block and add some text, and the font options dropdown list was gone, like it was never even there.
In the past, I’ve tried disabling and re-enabling the balck studio tiny mce plugin to no avail, even though you guys recommend it for page builder’s visual editor. When it fails, I usually resort to installing tinymce advanced, and the font choices dropdown will be there again. However, this time, I need Open Sans and it’s not an option in the font choices provided by the Customizr/tinymce advanced combo I’ve got right now.
I thought I’d seen previous posts similar to this before. Is this your guys issue, or black studio peeps? Right now, I need Open Sans back, quickly. What do you recommend?
