Font Awesome Pro Payment Processing page broken

I’ve already reached out to Font Awesome support numerous times, but I feel like I;m knocking on something hollow.
Their Payment Processing setup for the premium version seems broken and is one of the worst I’ve seen in many years on the ‘Net. Not sure what’s going on with their web site, but I just tried two different cards to process my subscription renewal and the only thing that happens when I click the “Pay &79 & Reactivate Plan” is the button blinks. Nothing else. No redirect, no thankyou for renewing, nothing.
That after being told everything was setup properly after they deactivated my subscription early (due to renew next month), after they had to change my method of payment from Paypal to CC (I deactivated my Paypal subscription for what should be obvious reasons, but there isn’t an way for a user to change their method of payment on their own–their staff has to do that, and a user has to submit a request to them to do so).
Extremely frustrating to say the least.
