Font Awesome plugin not compatible with WP Multisite

    While we are looking at making it possible to enable and use the Font Awesome plugin across multiple sites set up using WP Multisite in a future plugin update, the current version of the plugin does not support multisite installation.

    If you would like to use Font Awesome with WP Mulitisite, you can to install and configure the plugin individually on each subsite you want to use it on.

    You’ll likely see errors like these if you try to use the plugin on multisite:

    The Font Awesome plugin caught a fatal error.
    When trying to load Font Awesome, the plugin’s configuration was invalid. Try deactivating, uninstalling, and re-activating the Font Awesome plugin.

    The Font Awesome plugin caught a fatal error: Font Awesome could not be activated.
