    Hi Team,

For the second time this week I have no Font Awesome fonts on my site. In the Chrome Inspector console I see that I’m getting a 403 error for my kit from the below URL. (Please mask this if it’s important)

    https://kit.fontawesome.com/mbp_fa_pro.js?ver=2.10.2

I’m not sure if this is a relevant check, but if I try to access that URL directly, the XML error I’m seeing is:
    AccessDenied
    <Message>Access Denied</Message>
    <RequestId>5128388C39F80707</RequestId>
    <HostId>BduBskbVlfMYnVgo9q2yI1D6LYfgJhh3ZMaPnMawY+XxbS14DIZjpzZY+/QkWI7/yvG2vrEmGSg=</HostId>

I tried deactivating and reinstalling the Font Awesome plugin, but nothing changed. Please help.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I just figured out that if I change the human readable kit name to the alphanumeric code for my kit, I can access it without issues. Not sure if that is expected, or if a link is broken on the font awesome site.

Now I need to find out where to change that on my site.

OK, I figured it out. I’m using Max Mega Menu for my top menu, and until now I had to uncheck the Font Awesome 5 checkbox because enqueuing Font Awesome there caused a conflict. Just now though I tried checking that on, for the first time in probably three years, and the Font Awesome icons came back. I’m not sure what changed to cause this, but it’s working again now. We can call off the dogs.
