font awesome icons not formatting ( broken)

So far this is an awesome little plugin!! I do have one problem, the icons aren’t showing up on just the mapped pages:

The site is built with Avada theme and I’ve cleared all the caches and viewed in incognito mode. Also tried the other 2 plugin settings for troubleshooting. I must be missing something.
