Font Awesome icons missing

    Hi. Recently installed your plugin, everything is good except for the icons in the fields. I did notice you are using some sort of font-awesome icons but they are not showing up for me. Instead, I see the placeholders:

    Please let me know if this can be fixed.

    Can you share your site login your to test it live?

    It’s possible Font Awesome CSS not loading there and that’s why icon not appearing.
