Font-awesome broken in plugin

Plugin implements two different versions of font-awesome in tx-toolkit.php, which causes some icons to be unavailable. For example fa-calculator only shows if I change line 44 of tx-toolkit.php to be version 4.7.0 instead of 4.1.0.
