Followup post- question on email subscription settings

My wordpress blog https://olitijoe.org is configured with Jetpack. As part of the widgets I’ve included the email subscription window.

My question is this: When I post new content……How do I adjust the subscription to send ONLY A LINK to the site as opposed to sending the entire post?
