follow/unfollow subscribe/unsubscribe plugin

  • I’m using wordpress 3.3.1 multisite.

    Is there any plugin available with these features?

    “follow/unfollow buttons to user profiles and adds menus to display the users following/followed and total counts
    “Subscribe/Unsubscribe” button in tags page.

    A new tab in the home page called “Following” and “Subscribed”
    *When a user click “Following” tab it should only display the author posts that user following
    *When a user click “subscribed” tab it should only display the tag posts that user subscribed.

    PS: I’m NOT using buddypress. So can anyone suggest me a plugin that has the above mentioned features for default wordpress?
