followed tutorial but image still not imported

when following the import tutorial listed on this page
https://wpautolistings.com/docs/import-export/
I tried to import from CSV files with images in url form, but the images were only stored in gallery but not showing up on the listing. I typed in the desired format in _al_listing_image_gallery field plus images tab also in comment field, none of them work and my listing is still blank without images.
