I’ve used this plugin before and it has worked flawlessly and easily, but on this new site it will not display the “follow me” image. All I get is the code as text in the location. I’ve copied and pasted the code, typed the code, re-typed the code, and uninstalled and re-installed the plugin and can not figure it out. (the twitter button image displays just fine)
There are no other plugins installed at this time to conflict with.
    Can’t figure it out.
    Thank you for your help.

    Okay it’s working now. Magically…
Didn’t do anything. Went for lunch, came back, loaded site and it started to display correctly. Someone use the force?

    awesome. thanks.

    Hi EBurden,
this may be a consequence of the caching system you are using with WP.
May be your pages had been cached when the plugin was uninstalled, hence the “[follow_me]” text.
Then, after re-installing the plugin, the cache expired on normal timeout (you was having your lunch !)
Coming back, it’s working normally, because after cache expiration the page are processed again, this time with the plugin avtivated …
    The magic is explained !

    Thanks for the explanation.
Not as exciting as the force but all good.

    Thanks again.
