Follow-up – Library Disappeared

    Hello Ian,

    Thanks for the email support this week. I decided to completely delete my library and start again – OUCH……. Simply loosing the library like that is disconcerting.

    I see that an update came through this morning. I have updated the plugin and have made two trial entries. They appear to work OK.

    Question: I tried to use the EXPORT tab in the settings and received an error message.

    It said it did NOT have and export file?? I clicked the Blue BUTTON “Export Memphis Documents Library” and there appeared to be a .zip download begin, HOWEVER, when I try to open the file in the finder, I get the error:

    Safari can’t show the file “mdocs-export.zip” in the Finder because the file has not yet been created.

    I now see a GREEN dialogue saying:

    Memphis Info: Memphis Documents Library has an export file on this WordPress instance it was created on November 13th 2014 at 11:25 AM.

    HOWEVER the file says 0 of 87.9MB – Network Connection Lost??

    Any thoughts?

    Try an export again. Then try to open that zip file to see what the contents is. Let me know what the results are.

    Hi Ian,

    I spoke too soon….. It reports a network connection lost??

    Try these 2 suggestions:

    • Tried with a different browser?
    • Disable other plugins to see if there is a conflict.
