    Hello,

may I ask, I created 4 follow up emails, but how can I see a report regarding how each of them individually performs when it comes to recovering the order?

    Hello @fjura,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Currently, we don’t have an option to view individual performance reports for each follow-up email. However, you can manually review the recovered orders and check how many emails were sent for each order. This can help you identify after how many emails an order was successfully recovered.

I hope this helps! If you have any further questions, feel free to ask.

    Hello?@fjura,

    Thank you for writing in!

The Unsubscribe link is added through the shortcode in the email template. You can easily this text using the Loco Translate plugin.

Please refer to the following article on our knowledge base to see how:

How to Translate or Change CartFlows Strings with LocoTranslate?

If you can’t find these new strings in Loco Translate, click on the “Sync” button and the new strings will appear.

    Hope this helps.

Let me know how it goes.

cool, thank you! And may I ask, is it possible to change the color of that unsubscribe link? The current grey one currently is a bit hard to see, I know that its probably the intention, but I would rather users see it better if they do wish to unsubscribe, so they dont have to search for it.

    Hello @fjura,

    Greetings for the day.

Please try adding this custom CSS to the notification email content, change the color code as per your requirement and let us know how it goes.

    <div class=”unsub”><style>.unsub a{color:#0000ee!important;}</style>{{cart.unsubscribe}}</div>
