Follow-up email plugin and abandoned carts

  • I’m trying to get the woocommerce follow-up email plugin to send out a reminder to a user if they have items in their cart for more than x days – ie abandoned.

    If you use the “days since items added to cart” then it sends out an email regardless of whether they completed the order or not. I only found this out after users complained of getting an email about abandoned items they had already purchased.

    Anyone know if there is a way to do this with the follow-up email plugin?

  • There is an exclusion setting in there, you can use this to exclude users that have completed the order.

    I have a problem with this plugin also, maybe you can help?
    I created 1 storewide email for each of 3 products that I sell.
    Every time an order is placed the system generates 3 emails, one correct and also one for each of the other 2 products…. any ideas??
