Follow too high with WP Login menu

Hi,
I use Smart Layers manually and through Tag Manager – and works great.
The issue is with the Social Follow buttons being at the very top of the page and is overwritten by the WP Login/Register bar.
Is there an easy way to drop the Follow Smart Layer to display a little lower please?
