Follow me function without linking

Hi there,

like your plugin and would be willing to donate if there is an option to follow a social media profile without linking to them.

I simply want my customer to click on 6-8 buttons in one row to follow all my profiles. I don’t want them to leave my page, open a new window, and follow my fb / twitter / xing / linkedin profile there.

Any solution?
