    I have transferred over my wordpress.com followers (thank you very much!), and I have read that they will be receiving my newest posts in their Reader.

    New WP.com users looking at my site, who weren’t followers before I transferred them, cannot follow me with a simple click because that follow button is gone. I would rather not use the subscriptions feature that Jetpack offers because if they are willing to sign up via email, I’d rather capture them with my MailChimp sign up form.

    I like that people from WP.com can follow my blog in such an easy way and would really like to keep that function if possible. I see that this Jetpack does not include this and the last plugin “Follow Button For Jetpack” no longer exists. Is there any way to create a “follow” button nowadays?
