    Hey @mubiesam ,

    Thanks for getting in touch.
Indeed, recently WordPress.com witched to a new media interface, meaning the old upload.php file that WordPress.com used to load (and the very same file that the self-hosted www.remarpro.com loads now), has been replaced with a WordPress.com/media URL. And as Folders plugs into the upload.php file (similar to other backend organising plug-ins), it means it’s currently impossible to use Folders with Media in WordPress.com unless you follow the below simple steps: https://premio.io/help/folders/how-to-activate-folders-for-wordpress-com-media-library/
I can promise it’s really easy and that this little trick is worth it!
Please let me know your thoughts on this and how you’d like to proceed? If you need any help, please drop me a line at [email protected] and we can take it from there!

Hey @mubiesam , thanks for getting back. I’d suggest that you email me at [email protected] as suggested earlier, so it’s easier to communicate.
It looks like the account you’re trying with has a ”Reader” user role based on the screenshot attached. I’d recommend trying from an Administrator account instead as some settings are hidden for non-admin user roles.
Please let me know if this helps ??

Thanks, @mubiesam , so we’ll keep in touch over there?
Please let me know if changing the user role helped.
