• Hi there

I have been using your plugin for quite some time and was quite happy
I recently discovered that the folders lists is no longer populated for filtering and the location of the file is also no longer populated
I’m on latest available version (7.11)

Not sure since when this issue appears but this is recent

I have same problem on Windows (Apache or IIS).
    Folders list is empty.

    similar with me:
    – on a “localhost” XAMPP Server it doesn’t work (no folders in mediaview)
    – on a external server it works ?!

There has been a plug in update but this does not fix the issue

I have been using this plugin for a while now and it has worked great so far, but after the last update it is not ordering the folders properly.
When I upload new images to the root directory and then open the drop list to select a directory to move them to the directories in the list are not rendered in alphabetic order as they were previously reflecting the file system.
Each place where you can view the list of directories is now different, the closes match to the file system tree is the select list to display all images in a specific directory.
In the change log it says that the way the directories are displayed has been fixed twice with recent updates, yet here we are all having similar problems with the thing not rendering directories properly.
The fact that the OP started this thread 2 months and 2 weeks ago and the author has not responded does not look promising at all.

And again another update but still not working
no folders are available in the drop down
can you please really fixed this?

Media -> Folder Settings -> Make folder

Press the following buttons while the field is blank.

    “Make folder & Save Changes”

    How to feedback
Look at the code and suggest a code.

this has been already done and still not working

A large number of folders may have been created under the wp-content/uploads folder, causing the folder selection list to crash.
Cache-related plugins may be doing it.

    No to both

It’s working fine on my test site and 5 other sites.

You must be getting some kind of error code. Please provide the error code.
If you do not provide the code in the future, I will not be able to respond.

I have no error code; if I had I would have provided
Again the drop dowm to select folder is just blank
It had been working up to previous 3rd update (7.11)
And if read this thread I have not been the only one with issue

I can’t do anything if you guys with problems don’t hack it.
For example, you can try running the plugin on another site to see the difference.

Well that is a little bit easy to say we – users of your plugin – don’t provide anything
If we had anything to share we obviously would
I’m fighting back by saying this thread has been opened for 2 months with no reply back from you until the last few days when more users have been reporting issue
The only answer you can provide is “it’s working on my side” so basically don’t care about your issue
    Well done
You know what? You plugin is going to be removed and you just got 1 star – lucky for you can’t give negative star

    Please delete it.
    There is no problem.
I don’t even care how many stars it has.
