folders injection with spamy scripts and files

Any one??
I can’t get rid of these injections

you can only ask your host to make their server as secure as possible. When you’re on a shared server, you’re only as secure as the least secure website on that server.

So, my understanding is that there is nothing I can do while I am on a shared server, right?
I talked to my server support and they said that they can not do anything about it.
That means the solution is to move to a dedicated server, right?
That means any WP blog out there that is on a shared server has no way to get defended from these injections, right?
