I’ve been using filebird lite for a long time with no issues.

I created a top-level folder yesterday and moved some images into it. When I returned to the media library view I saw that the folder wasn’t showing; and I assumed that I’d done something wrong and tried to create it again, but I got an error message to the effect that the folder already existed.

I have since de-installed filebird lite and manually deleted the “rfb_fbv” and “rfb_fbv_attachment_folder”. Then I re-installed and activated filebird lite and created a new folder, moved a file into it and did a screen refresh. The folder is not showing (I am shown the “Add your first folder” message). If I look into the 2 database tables the folder has been added, as has the image.

    What could be going wrong?

I’ve just tried to locate the cause and I am using Litespeed Cache, so I deactivated the caching for logged-in users and now I can see the folder again. What is odd is that I’ve not made any changes to those settings in quite a while, so I am not sure what the trigger for the issue popping up might have been.

It seems the problem is still there, even with the cache turned off. I’ll contact support for additional assistance.
