Folders don't show in file upload or browse

    I am using premium on a multisite install. I can upload files and create folders. When folders are created, they show in the folders list, but I cannot add any files to them in the admin or front side. Folders also do not show on the front side. No error is returned when create folder on the front side, but they do not show up at all. Folders created here do show on the admin folder list but can not add any files to them or even see them to open them in the file browser list.

    Where should I look for help with this?

    Actually I see that I need to allow users to see / edit / create projects in general settings. It is a bit confusing working out the difference between projects and folders.
