Folders disappeared

    I have 10 years of folders in pictures sorted out by years and cluch all the folders just disappeared now there are 2000 pictures in all files there is no folders sorted out by year and per cluch, all those folders are gone? Nothing was updated they were there two days ago. I need to get these back in the folders there’s no way for me to sort them out this is all very important Hummingbird documentation per clutch per year I have Berkeley and Cornell University looking at this information I need it back in the right folders I don’t know where the folders went, I didn’t do anything? how can I fix this?

    Again I’ve been an IT guy for 34 years telling me to click on a folder and look for something is as stupid as thing you could say I would try everything before I even got on the forms God!

    So yes clicking on individual folders I did find them so here they are what the hell happened and how do I fix that that is this is ridiculous you guys come out with a new update every three days and it sucks…. I keep complaining you guys need to do a little bit more work and come out with one update once a month this is ridiculous so how do I fix this!!!!!

    And now I already recovered the website from yesterday so I lost everything that was done today… Why is your software so terrible I honestly don’t get it you come out with an update every three days and it breaks something every three days!!!

    Well thank you I think somebody remoted in and fish something as it all just came back instantaneously whatever happened I am grateful.

    Sorry for the troubles.

    If I understand correctly, the issue has been resolved now?

    Also, I think the issue you are reporting primarily is that, your sub folders are not showing up. The main folders are showing up fine, just the sub folders are not showing. Correct?

    If the above scenario is like so, then from your screenshot, I can see there is no issue at all with the sub folders, as you just need to click on the main folder icons in other to expand the collapsed sub folders.

    If you look closely, the folders with sub folders have icons different from the folders without sub folders:
