Folder recognised but showing as 'empty'!

  • Hi all – my setup process has worked pretty well so far, and the folder I created through the admin panel showed up in my Drive immediately. However when I add a picture through the Drive and hit ‘Get Files’ in the panel, it comes back with ‘This folder is empty’.

    I presume my settings must be correct because the connection between the drive and the plugin is working fine. So am I missing something to get the pictures recognised?

  • I’m having the same problem.

    Everything is setup nicely and the correct folders are showing, as per sharing privileges. However there are no files showing inside of my folders. But they’re definitely there! I’ve test both ‘can view’ and ‘can edit’ access options, but I still see nothing.

    I’ve sent an email with screen snapshots of our settings.

    Your help would be very much appreciated.
