Folder Premission Problem

Hi!

I have just changed the server, i took the backup of database, Installed 2.6.2 as it was running on Previous server, then integrated the old database, every thing is working fine now but when i tried to do a new Post and Insert an Image I got the Following Error “Unable to create directory /home2/zitcnet/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2009/02. Is its parent directory writable by the server?”

even all the Permissions are set to 777, I have manually created the directories and set the Permission to 777 but still getting the same Error.

Now i am unable to insert any image in my Posts.
