folder for translation files

Hi,
I carefully read this article https://localise.biz/wordpress/plugin/faqs/files-deleted
But I cannot find on my server the folder wp-content/languages/loco
Should I create it myself?

Or is this folder the correct place to be safe? (please see screenshot https://snipboard.io/b6Dixf.jpg )
wp-content/languages/plugins
and
wp-content/languages/themes

If it’s not, how can I now move the translations files to wp-content/languages/loco ?
Should I create the folder myself and the cut and paste?
