    Hi all,
i did set a certain focus keyword and used the keyword in meta descriptions, title, content.
Strange point is: It is identified by yoast SEO @ meta description, page title and url.

But yoast seo does NOT identify the keyword within the content though it’s used up to 10 times.
keyword = “e-learning agentur” (agentur is german meaning agency)
Somehow it must have sth. to do with the hyphen “-“.

I’m not sure if this is a yoast seo problem or if i should better change the focus keyword. Do you have any idea?
    Thank you very much!
    Oliver

  • hey I do have the same problem with a german focus keyword using a hyphen.

We are having the same issue with fractions. Some of our products are 1/2 oz, 1/4 oz or 1/10 oz. It registers the keyword without the slash. Ex. 12 instead of 1/2.

We didn’t have this problem on an older version of this plugin. I hope they fix it soon. We are really trying to optimize and depend on the green light!
