Focus keyword and stemming with regexp

Hi,

many languages (mine included) have word stemming. AFAIK search engines can easily recognize various forms of the same root word and treat them more or less as synonyms. However, Yoast’s capabilities are quite limited in this front. It can only recognize content words which are typed exactly the same as the Focus Keyword. Would it be possible to expand this feature for example by enabling using regular expressions in the Focus Keyword? For example ‘treen.*’ would match ‘treenata’ and ‘treenaaminen’ in content (both these words indicate the same in Finnish)?
