Flyout like one on elegantthemes site

    Would anyone know how to make a flyout like theirs? It’s the little green clickable button in the button right, when you click on it, flysout to a optin form(looks like its from the bloom plugin they make, the form is, not the flyout – i have the bloom plugin). They said they dont support customization like that and sent me here.
